Ken Shaw

Bio:
Ken Shaw is an experienced entrepreneur and two-time Founder & CEO. During his 15 years in California, he built and scaled two venture and private equity-backed SaaS companies, driving them to market leadership in their respective industries.
As a Founder/CEO Ken raised $40M USD in capital, led multiple acquisitions, and played a pivotal role in the creation of two software categories: consumer cloud backup and enterprise Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS). Ken's two products have generated more than $100M in revenue, and won awards from Gartner, Forrester and others.
Ken has also worked on the buy-side in private equity and advised on multiple PE transactions, both buy-side and sell-side.
Ken now works with CEOs and Founders at both the start-up and scaleup stage helping them with strategy, product innovation, capital raising and exit planning. Ken also works with private equity, providing transaction support and invests through Shaw Investments.

Beatriz is a Silicon Valley stalwart and digital transformation expert with vast experience in enterprise software, SaaS, big data, and cybersecurity. Beatriz ran multi-billion P&L at Oracle and went on to run several successful software companies (both private and public).
Currently Chairman of BusinessExcelleration and board member of prominent companies, including Ribbon Communications and Liquidity Services. Beatriz is recognized in the industry and a trusted advisor to CEOs and Private Equity for her keen insights. She also teaches at Stanford University in the Business School.

For example, As Chief Technology Officer at SOS Online Backup, he built a system that supported more than a million connected devices world-wide. He did this with a team in Eastern Europe that cost 80% less than it's Australian counter-part. SOS went on to win seven PC Magazine Editor's Choice awards.

Davide is a dynamic marketing and revenue leader who excels in driving growth. He co-founded and sold ReviverSoft, a company focused on performance optimization for Windows end-points. Davide led PC Tools' US business and was instrumental in their $400M exit to Symantec, having earlier played a vital role in eisa's IPO on the ASX.
Davide focusses on leveraging the power of people and technology to accelerate business growth, with a strong focus on execution and accountability. He's worked across B2C, B2B and B2B2C market segments, and has working knowledge and experience in global markets including the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
