As a Founder/CEO Ken raised $40M USD in capital, led multiple acquisitions, and played a pivotal role in the creation of two software categories: consumer cloud backup and enterprise Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS). Ken's two products have generated more than $100M in revenue, and won awards from Gartner, Forrester and others.

Ken has worked on the buy-side in private equity and advised on multiple PE transactions, both buy-side and sell-side.

Ken now works with CEOs, Boards and Investors helping them with strategy, product innovation, M&A, capital raising and exit planning. Ken also works with private equity, providing transaction support and invests directly through Shaw Investments.
